Orders
How to move an order to another table
Guests asked for a different table? Move their whole order — every item, the total and what has gone to the kitchen — to the new table in three taps.
Good to know: the button appears once the order has at least one item. Moving does not send anything to the kitchen again.
Step 1: Open the order and tap Change / Join Table
Go to Tables and tap the table the guests are leaving (here table 13). On the order screen, tap Change / Join Table on the left.
- 1Change / Join Table.
Step 2: Choose the new table and tap Confirm
Every table is listed. Tap the table the guests are moving to, then tap Confirm.
- 1Available table — the whole order moves here. Here: table 9.
- 2Join = the table already has guests. Your order joins it as a separate bill (e.g. family at one table).
- 3Tap Confirm.
Step 3: The order is on the new table
The order now shows the new table number, with all its items. The old table becomes free for the next guests.
- 1Now on table 9.
Order moved
Everything is on the new table and the old table is free. Payment and kitchen tickets continue as normal.
Common questions
What is the difference between moving and joining?
Pick an Available table to move the order there. Pick a table marked Join to put your order on a table that already has guests — the two bills stay separate. Use Merge afterwards if they want one bill.
Only some guests are moving
Use Split Order instead — it moves only the items you choose to another table.
Does the kitchen get the order again?
No. Moving only changes the table. Items already sent are not printed again.
I moved it to the wrong table
Open the order on the wrong table and use Change / Join Table again to move it to the right one.
